Good morning! If you’re joining us for the first time, welcome! We look forward to worshipping and fellowshipping with you this morning.
We hope and pray that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The holiday season can be both beautiful and difficult – joyful and sorrowful. So, wherever you find yourself today, may you rest in the grace of God who is the God of all comfort, and give thanks to the Giver who is redeeming all things.
Today, Spencer MacCuish (President of Eternity Bible College) is continuing on in our new sermon series, Thinking Rightly in a Broken World (you can find sermon notes & questions below)!

Thinking Rightly in a Broken World: The Beginnings and Danger of Autonomy
Spencer MacCuish | November 28, 2021
Main Text: Genesis 3:1-7
Overview: This morning, Spencer explores the impact of thinking outside of God’s design. Specifically, we will look at sin's disastrous consequences upon our ability to think, know and understand God and the world around us.
Questions:
What is one thing that stuck out to you in today’s sermon?
In Genesis 3:4-5, how does the serpent undermine God’s good intention for us to pursue limited knowledge in dependence on Him?
In light of Genesis 3, what should our attitude be towards our non-believing “(broken image-bearers)” family and friends?
How does being in Christ allow us to have a renewed mind?
