care & counseling ministries

Our Care Ministry is designed to meet various needs within our church and local community. The care team offers assistance with financial needs, hospital visitations, funerals, outreach to the homeless, and counseling. If you need assistance or are willing to help, please contact us.

Cornerstone is a church that loves to pray! Our Elders, Pastors, Staff, Community Leaders, and our congregation would love the opportunity to pray for you.
Please fill out a prayer request form!

Biblical counseling uses God’s Word, the Bible, as it is the all-sufficient authority to address the issues in the lives of believers.

Counseling is offered to the members of our body, including premarital counseling, financial counseling, marriage, individual counseling, etc.

Appointments are available throughout the week! Click below for more information!

Please fill out this information thoroughly. Once complete, the form is sent to our marriage counseling staff, who will contact you within the next couple of weeks. Also, please note that both you and your fiance/fiancee are each required to complete an application.

    grief share

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.

Our Food Share ministry provides groceries for church members and those in need in the community. Join us every Monday 9-10AM at our South MPR, 4364 Valley Fair. Cornerstone also hosts P.A.D.S. (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) and provides a sleeping area for the homeless during the winter months. (Cornerstone hosts one night per week from November 4, 2019, to March 30, 2020).

For information, please contact our Care Pastor, Pat McCoy, in the church office. We also recommend that you read our Benevolence Booklet -- which includes available services and the biblical motivation behind them.

Join us to serve individuals and families in need on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 4:30 to 5:30PM in the MPR! Prepare a main dish, side dish, and/or minister to those in need!
