Member Dinner • December 10, 5:00-7:00 PM
Our member dinners provide time to build relationships with each other by sharing a meal, taking communion, giving church updates, and celebrating all that the Lord has done and is doing in the life of our church.
Children’s Ministry Appreciation Brunch • December 10 & 17, 8:45 AM in RM 7
Children’s Ministry would like to invite all of its leaders & volunteers to a special appreciation brunch in order to thank them for all of their hard work this year! If you are currently serving in Children’s Ministry, we would love for you to join us on your regularly scheduled volunteer day (either 12/10 or 12/17) for brunch at 8:45 am in room 7. Thank you so much for all that you do to serve in Children’s Ministry!
Monthly Elder Prayer Night • December 12, 7:00 PM in the MPR
If you are struggling with illness or feel disheartened, overwhelmed, etc., we invite you to join the elders from 7:00-8:00 PM in the MPR so that they can pray over you. If you cannot make it in person, you can submit a prayer request online. We would love to pray for you!
All Student Ministries Christmas Party • December 20, 6:30-8:45 PM
Student Ministries is so excited for this year’s Christmas Party where both middle school and high school will be combined in the Sanctuary. There will be lots of games, snacks, Christmas songs, and and $10 limit white elephant gift exchange! Come dressed in your favorite Christmas attire!
Cornerstone’s Christmas Eve Services • December 24, 3:30 & 5:00 PM
Join us for one of our family friendly Christmas Eve services at 3:30 or 5:00 PM for a time of thankfulness and worship through song, scripture, and fellowship. As a reminder, there will be no Sunday morning service or Children’s Ministry on this day. We would love for you to invite your family and friends to come celebrate King Jesus with us!
New Year’s Eve Bilingual Family Service • December 31, 10:00 AM
On December 31st, we will be having a combined English and Spanish service to celebrate everything that God has done this year at Cornerstone. Service will be held at 10:00 AM and there will be no Children’s Ministry. We can’t wait to welcome the new year together!
(Spanish Ministry will still be held at the regular time: 10:00AM in the MPR)

January 12-15 • The Rock High School Winter Camp

We are looking forward to a great weekend at Hume Lake, with this year’s theme, Under the Sun!
This winter, we will be walking through the book of Ecclesiastes. Our hope for students is that they leave understanding that although many of us look for meaning and purpose in this world, it is only through Christ that we will find true meaning and purpose, as we understand what it means to fear God and obey His commands.
“The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13)

We are so excited for Impact Winter Camp at Thousand Pines Christian Camp! We will enjoy a weekend of fun games, challenging speakers, friendships and what it means to follow Jesus.

Student Ministries: Impact (Middle School) meets weekly on Tuesday nights, and The Rock (High School) meets weekly on Wednesday nights. Visit our student ministries and events pages for more information on time and location!
Overcomer’s Outreach: (Mondays in the South MPR from 6:30-8:00 PM) “Set Free” Overcomers Outreach Meeting is a Christian 12-Step Support Group for Alcoholics and Addicts discovering freedom from active addiction through the power of Jesus Christ using God’s authoritative Word.

We are a multi-ethnic, multi-generational community of disciples, who are seeking to learn from Jesus, trust Jesus, become like Jesus, and help others do the same. Our mission is to give every individual an accurate picture of God by helping those who believe become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Sermon Notes & Community Group Questions
Every week, we provide Community Guides based on each Sunday’s teaching; they include a portion on the Lord’s Supper, a sermon overview, questions for you to discuss as a group, and missionary practices for the week ahead. As your whole community gathers (in-person or online), use the guides to help give shape to your time together.

Interested in becoming a member of Cornerstone? We believe that membership is the commitment to being a disciple and making disciples of others (Matt. 28:18-20) in partnership with the other members and elders of Cornerstone.
